Who We Are
We are Tena & Brent Gagnon and have lived here in the beautiful Pacific NW for 50 years and for the past 15 years we've been building the gardens and natural areas of Fern Acres into what you see today. It is truly our happy place and it is our desire to make it the place for you to celebrate your special day.
Creating the perfect day for every couple we meet is why we love what we do. We will work with you to understand your vision of your special day and bring it into reality.
Fern Acres Venue Rental - 2018
Hours: The venue is available for rent May - September.
·The rental period is 10 am to 11 pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
·6 hours /10:00 a.m.- 10:00 p.m. on Sundays thru Thursday
Reservations and Deposits: Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. A signed rental agreement and 35% of the rental rate are required to reserve your date. The balance of the rental fee will be due 60 days prior to your event date and is not refundable. Your security deposit will also be due 60 days before your event. We accept cash and checks.
Alcohol Policy: Beer and wine can be served during your event. The renter must obtain a Banquet Permit from Washington State.
Catering: There is no kitchen facility so all catering must be self-contained. We have a covered food service area that can be used for service of food and pre wedding storage during the prior week.
Rehearsal: A rehearsal period will be scheduled at no cost during the week before your wedding. Fern Acres may be rented for rehearsal dinners at an additional charge.

· Photo Shoot 1-2 hrs Use of Grounds $50 per hr
· Taxes not included (8.5% tax to be applied)
